    Ingredients

    ▢1 cup Soy Milk
    ▢1 cup Pumpkin Puree
    ▢2 servings Vanilla Protein Powder
    ▢10.9 oz Extra Firm Silken Tofu I use Mori-Nu
    ▢1 Banana medium
    ▢1/2 tsp Turmeric
    ▢1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    ▢1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
    ▢1/2 cup Granola for topping

    Instructions

    In a good blender, mix all of the Smoothie ingredients (except for the granola) together until you have a smooth mixture.
    Either pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl and top with granola (I like a maple-y granola for extra Fall vibes).
