


Short story long, I had these amazing meatballs i made last week for my meatball pizza (last picture) because there was this NYC pizza place in florida 20 years ago that had super long meatball pizza slices and it was amazing…I kind of just followed memory of smell and taste to figure out the recipe and they were exactly like how I remember them.
So this week my mama gave me some tomatoes from her garden and I put them to use.
I diced the tomatoes and cooked them down in some olive oil, half a buillon cube and salted pasta water. Towards the end of cooking I added fresh basil from my garden, half a garlic head diced , & some fresh parsely.
For the pasta, I cooked it til right before al dente and left some water in the pot to mix in some butter, diced garlic and parmesan. Threw that in with the tomato sauce and let it cook for another 5 minutes and it was 👌.

I just had dinner and now I’m hungry again. I love your style! Your spelling is all over the place and the story is without rhyme and reason, but in some hilarious way it ends up brilliant! A single meatball, donated tomatoes, New York in Florida decades ago, and absolutely ridiculous amounts of garlic both in the sauce and the pasta. All this makes me want to cook together with you!
