Now we know capray salad. It’s a beautiful classic salad. Room temperature tomatoes, mozzarella. Just slice that. And then just tear that around. Two parts olive oil, one part soy sauce. Soy sauce. And it’s going to make these tomatoes pop. A little squeeze of lemon juice. And we don’t dress it like crazy, but it’s just enough to season the tomato. Little basil leaves. And there you go, guys.
