Ingredients:
1 Can Of Corned Beef, chopped into cubes
600g Potatoes, Cubed
1 tbsp oil
30g Butter
Brown Onion, finely Diced
2 medium carrots, diced
Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2x Baked beans
1 tsp Dried parsley
1 tsp Dried Thyme
1 Tsp Garlic granules
Method:
Peel and chop the potatoes into 2cm cubes roughly and then add them to a pot of salted water and par boil them.
Add the butter and a drizzle of oil to a pan and bring to a medium heat.
Add in the onions and carrots and mix in with the butter, cook until softened and fragrant, around 10 minutes.
Once the potatoes have been boiling for around 10 minutes and are slightly soft (you don’t want them to cook all the way through as they will finish cooking in the pan)
Drain and add to the pan with the onions and combine.
Add in the cubed corned beef, seasonings and Worcestershire sauce and combine.
Push down on the potatoes and corned beef with a spatula to allow to crisp up for a few minutes and then mix and push down again, repeat this until both sides are crispy.
Serve with baked beans and thats it! enjoy!

Welcome back to five family dinners for under30 pound. And this is the corn beef hash. Now, I don’t know why, but I was a little bit worried about sharing this one. I find corn beef is very controversial. You’ll either love it or you hate it. And for some reason in my childhood, something told me that I didn’t like it. So, when Callum said, “Oh, let’s have corn beef hash with this one. It’s a cheap and cheerful meal.” I was a little bit, you know, oh, I don’t know about that. I don’t think I’m going to like it. I’ll tell you something for sure. I absolutely loved this dish. It was so good and it was packed full of flavor. So many people in the comments said that this bought them some nostalgia from their childhood. So, I really hope it does this for you, too. I hope you enjoy, and I’ll see you tomorrow.

I love corned beef hash.
I'm the same as you. I have a strange memory of having hash. I also remember eating it, and I think liking it.
Your meal looks great!!!
I’m going to try this thanks my mum used lt make a version with mashed tatties in the oven and it went all crispy ❤
I'm struggling to find your app please can you send a link thanks ❤ xx
Isn't it all the processed crap bits from the cow though?
I love corned beef! I like it with white rice
I don't normally (if ever) comment on videos, but I really like watching urs as it's some easy food I've actually been making – thank you for sharing.
Is baked beans normal? Honestly asking, I never had it but do like corned beef.
Love corn beef hash
Try panhaggerty, I have used leftover gammon instead of bacon in it.
Corn beef hash is one of my absolute favourite things. May all the gods bless you for bringing this to my life today. 🫡
I do a corned beef stew it's really good
Brown sauce or branston?
The canned beans is quite a monochrome taste profile – it's like creating a home cooked meal, and then put a takeaway curry on top 🙂
if you and your family loves it then thats the only thing that matters!
Aww memories of my nana, her corned beef hash was the best ❤
Gonna cook this ❤
That looks lovely!❤
Love it😂❤❤
In Hawai'i we make canned corned beef with cabbage, onion, Aloha shoyu, and chili pepper water.
I think it’s cold corned beef with the fatty surrounding that put me off as a child, my it in food and yep I’m all for it 😆🥲😂
Popped up in my YouTube algorithm for some reason. When most of my feed is to do with Isle of Man TT 😂 anyway I'm now subscribed
I used to eat this every Wednesday night after swimming lessons during the autumn and winter months it’s delicious. We always added a splash of HP Brown Sauce. The only difference our recipe to yours was we made the potatoes into mash and spooned it on top and it was put under the grill to brown . Some times with a sprinkle of mature cheddar on top sometimes without. Gorgeous comfort food on a budget ✨💃🏻✨💃🏻👌
Thats my dinner tonight
@mummawhocooks what is your app called
We have that a lot in the winter
Got to be Hp sauce to
