Chipotle should be legally required to serve chipotle peppers or change their name.

This lists Guajillos as dried Serranos but guajillos are Mira Sol Chiles. This is pretty well established as the Mira all grows upwards towards the sun and a major identifying feature of the species. If you’ve ever worked with guajillos you’ll also know guajillos are much larger than typical Serranos.
