Had a bread baking class yesterday and this is my first ever sourdough! We prepared the dough in class and I'm so stoked how nice it turned out!! 🥰

Nice job for a first try! I’ve wanted to try this, but I’m wondering, can you only do the pattern thing with sourdough? Or can you do it with normal bread too.
