Looks enticing. I’ll be honest, I have no damn clue where you all are at and have access to these different hot sauces. Last time I had seen options is when I lived in Panama City, FL, and there was a hot sauce store at the outlet
Encona is a staple table sauce in the UK, pretty much every household has a bottle and is generally pretty cheap (<£2). Cheap, tasty, good ingredients – generally really solid brand!

I could only find the exxtra one where I live . Great sauce and heat. It was the spiciest I’ve tried. Not so many proper hot sauces here :((
