This is how I used to make it back at the restaurants. It all starts with a really good tomato. Now, put it to the side. Everything’s going to be all right. A yo, that’s how the Italians say it, huh? Oh, that just to mince it. Good quality olive oil. Once they’re softened without color, in goes the garlic. Oh, you thought I was about to throw this away. No, this is gold. Little bit of wine. We’re going to evaporate some of that alcohol. Now that beautiful tomato, pepper, oregano, little bit of that red chili flake, good amount of that ocean. And for the perfume, we’re going to put a bouquet of basil. On a gentle simmer, 20 to 25 minutes until it’s a little bit more thick. And to finish it, another beautiful splash of olive oil. And you would have just made a great marinara, the foundation to many great dishes. How’s your internet poppy? I got you.

  2. Heh just sk you know i every oil is unhealthy (really unhealthy) other than avacodo and like 2 othersnso i could be wrong but i dont think olive oils one of the good ones so j think you should use avacodo oil because its healthy

  3. Quick tip: my mom taught me this, but you can put like around 2 tablespoons of sugar to reduce the acidity of the tomatoes

  4. This was my first attempt at any kind of tomato sauce and it turned out great! Family loved it, thanks man.

  5. You can just throw on gloves and squash the tomatoes? I was fighting with them with a fork because I never used them before and somehow didn't assume they'd actually come as whole tomatoes 😭

  6. P good but you need to use a dry red wine, preferably Chianti, and you need a fat like sweet Italian sausage
