Part 2: How to Make Labneh 🥣✨

All you need is:
• Yogurt
• A pinch of salt

Simply place your yogurt in a thin cloth or paper towel and let it strain. The longer it strains, the thicker it gets! For a tangier flavor, leave it out on the counter for a few hours. For a milder taste, refrigerate overnight.

💡 Tip: If you want to roll labneh into balls, let it strain for up to 2 days for the perfect texture.

Serve chilled with olive oil and pita bread — simple, nutritious, and so delicious!

Y’all don’t understand. Homemade yogurt aka lean is the best thing you can make for your entire family. This plus when we’re done we’re going to make leb. Now to turn our lean into leb. Begin with the bucket. You know I want you to see everything. A miss fet or a colander. You can also use a china cap or a sie. You can use paper towel or you can use a thin cloth. A pillowcase will also work. Simply pour in your yogurt. We’re going to make le balls, so make sure you make enough. Lebn sandwiches are the only thing you’re going to need to make this summer and every summer for the rest of your life. A little salt goes a long way when making leak. Beautiful. Now, I want to save some yogurt so that I can make yogurt in the future. We’re going to tie it. My father would be proud. Yala, let it sit all day. We finally developed our lab. But this le is unique. It’s very thick, very dense, almost like a piece of cheese. And we collected all the protein from the lemon. This is kefir. This here is an excellent pre and pro workout drink. It’s packed with protein. It’s filled with nutrients and it’s amazing. Let’s taste. Ooh, sour, tangy. But this le is thicker than usual. We’re going to turn it into levnibballs.

    Yeah woman we also make it in my country. We call it "Qatiq" or "Chakki" After that yogurt comes dough style we add mint salt and we make it balls and dry it. Oh its so tasty. And everyone love that in my country. Or we make a drink from that Labne especially in a summer time. And it calls " Ayran"😊 For that you should add water salt and chopped fresh cucumber , tomato 🍅 and cilantro. MMM that's so tasty drink 🍵 you Should have to try it. 😇

    Ah we call that chakka in Maharashtra, india and mix powdered sugar and mango puree in it with lil saffron and cardamom.. Tastes divine

    I cant find part 1, which is what i really want to see, since my homemade yogurt just never has that nice yogurt texture. It's always like slimy-ish, i hate it.

    U should try that my sister expesaly if u eat it cold course raib is not a drink that u have to eat best yogurt ever try it

    My girlfriend was Lebanese..why does all the woman have that sexxy smokey voice. As soon as this woman started talking I thought it was her. She passed 20 years ago. But that voice I will never forget. She was honestly the most beautiful woman I've set my eyes on.
