Made lunch at work with my 1st Fishwife tin!

I was given a tin of Fishwife smoked rainbow trout. I’ve read about Fishwife being overpriced for what it was and I agree but still a solid tin. The fish was smoky and tender. I ate it over rice with kimchi and nori komi furikake. Very nice, the oil was smooth in the rice and gave a very rich coating to everything.
