All right. So, we did the mix with our Danish whisk and now it has fermented overnight in the refrigerator. We’re going to turn it out. It’s got that beautiful striation from the basket and we’re going to use our bench knife to go ahead and cut that into two. We’re going to make some faux demi baguette. So, we’re going to go ahead and sprinkle that with some flour. Now, you’re going to take the cut side down just like so. going to sprinkle with a little bit of flour and we’re going to take our blade and we’re just going to make some straight cuts here to give it some expansion. All of this comes in this kit. So, if you get one of these, you’re good to go. All right, my friends. I’m going to put these in the oven and I’ll show you what they look like.
