But I am feeling very full from these meals. This is a salad with olive oil and lemon juice massaged into the lettuce, then I topped it with avocado, red onion, white kidney beans, Kalamata olives, marinated artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes, chicken breast, hummus, tzatziki, feta and fresh cracked pepper. Would love to hear some tips and tricks to make this diet work so it doesn’t feel stale.

    For not letting it get stale, try different veg, beans, proteins every day of the week. Apply the MD guidelines to Mexican, American, French, Middle Eastern cuisines.

    Zucchini noodles are great for a salad base, you could also rotate in lean meats and fish if you’re not vegetarian. Grilled veggies from last nights dinner make a nice texture for salad topping the next day.
