Ingredients:
1 shallot (minced)
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp Smash Kitchen Organic Dijon Mustard
2 tsp honey
½ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Radish and greens (optional, for serving)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the minced shallots, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, turmeric powder, Smash Kitchen Organic Dijon Mustard, and honey. Whisk until well combined.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuously whisking to emulsify the dressing until smooth. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the vinaigrette over a salad (we recommend radishes!) for a vibrant, fresh dish.
