hello everybody today we make hot sausage with a ler soup and we start with o of the oliv let’s start with the sausage and now we got to start to break all the sausage okay got to come a nice little piece that’s what is supposed to look like this and now it’s a time of the on and we give a nice beautiful turn on this we leave cook the onion together that’s what it got to be like this see the onion now you start to break everything okay now we go with the carrots and celery see the celery okay okay now it’s the time of the chicken stock now I use all this chicken stock but you don’t want to liid make a l the chicken stack now we give a little turn on this we leave start the boil after this start the boil I want to put the p and the L okay now the vegetable was cook already for 5 minutes together with the sausage and now we put the lentil at the same time we put the potato and we give a nice turn with a p now this is a chicken stock you got to Salt everything and we put a little salt not too much like that now I got the time and the B Le I don’t want to put inside have to go all over the place what I do I got this over here you stick inside with the bed leaves like that and you got the cover and you can cover this like this over here and you put this right inside like that and take the taste for the time and the bell leaves like this you know come out and when you eat you know find the little B leaves at the time okay now this got to cook for half hour half hour we got to cook the pasta now I cook the pasta separate and how many you need one spoon two spoon the pasta you put on a dish and you put the soup together you mix and you eat it’s the way I cook but you want to cook inside be my guest cook and you pour a many how many you want and you put like this it’s a time to soup little par on the top okay now it’s time of the teste it’s a really really good soup I hope everybody make a you this soup it is good I salute thank you so much

  3. Yrs ago when I was in cooking school, my French teacher used to tie herbs in a sack called bouquet of garni same concept with your tea strainer. High 5 good tasty soup on this day -1 out this is perfect for this cold weather
