Bojangles Bo-Berry Biscuits at Home

I woke up craving some Bojangles Boberry biscuits and I got about an hour before I need to be at work. So, I’m going to try to make some at home. You’re going to need to preheat your oven to 450 and you’re going to need a whole stick of melted butter. So, I’m just going to put it in my casserole dish and let it melt in the oven while it preheats. I don’t have any blueberries, but I got strawberries. Make some strawberry bow biscuits. Dice them up tiny. Tiny like this. And make sure you’re checking it for poison. [Music] We’re good. Now, put them in a bowl. Clean up your mess. Add some sugar and the juice of half of a lemon. Now, you’re going to want to swirl this up and let it sit to the side while we start on the biscuits. Big old bowl. 2 and 1/2 cups of flour. Four teaspoon of baking powder. 1 2 3 4 1 tbsp of sugar and two cups of buttermilk. Smell your dairy. Swirl it up. When it’s good and sticky like this, add in the strawberries. I’m going to save a little bit too for the top so I can make it look pretty. Swirl it in. Now add uh let it cool a little bit. Okay, it’s been a couple minutes. Now add the biscuits. Now smooth. Now smooth the biscuits out. Now cut them into nine biscuits. Sprinkle on the rest of the strawberries and a little bit more sugar. Hey Google, set a timer for 30 minutes. I wish y’all could smell it. While those cool down a little bit, we’re going to make some icing. Start with powdered sugar, a little bit of vanilla, like a capful and a little bit of milk and swirl it up and drizzle it on. It’s still so hot. I should have let it cool, but I got to get to work.

    Girl I worked at Bojangles. Their bo-biscuits are great but I PROMISE U…. Yours looks way better and bet they topped Bojangles easily! Looks amazing! 😋

    Girl yes. Could turn it into more protein use cottage cheese but blend it smooth replace it in the milk wonder how it would turn out I’m gonna do it lol
