
https://www.theclevercarrot.com/2014/01/sourdough-bread-a-beginners-guide/ I primarily used this recipe and had followed their guide to create my starter, Mr. Beefy! I watched a lot of techniques online for lamination but it still turned out a bit gummy; is that because it’s a new starter? Or perhaps I didn’t let it bulk ferment long enough? Any tips would be appreciated 🙂
