    so it looks great. If you want a better crust use napkins to pat them dry prior to seasoning. Season them right before grilling them. I sometimes store them in the fridge uncovered on a cookie cooling sheet. I flip them the fridge will dry the up the outside. The moisture prevents proper crust.
