On its website, Ave Mario shares that its kitchen serves up “the softest Neapolitan pizzas, Spaghetti Carbonara served in a 4kg pecorino wheel and the humongous T-Bone Fiorentina for two – an 850g cut, grilled and served with a delicious salsa verde”.

The meal that sent Ave Mario to its viral status is the La Gran Carbonara, a homemade spaghetti alla chitarra served in a whole round of pecorino, crispy guanciale, egg yolk, and a lot of pepper.
