Ingredients
• Ground beef
• Yellow onion
• Garlic
• Tomato
• Green pepper
• Red pepper
• Parsley
• Tomato paste
• Paprika paste
• Rapeseed (canola) oil
• Salt
• Meat and grill seasoning
• Black pepper
• Pul biber (Turkish chili flakes)
• Sivri pepper
• Spring onion

Instructions

Blend all the vegetables except the spring onion into a smooth puree.

Mix the vegetable puree with the ground beef, spices, tomato paste, paprika paste, and rapeseed oil. Make sure to use plenty of seasoning for extra flavor.

Place a tortilla on a baking tray, spread a layer of the beef mixture on top, and bake in the oven at 220°C (428°F) for about 15 minutes.

Top with parsley, spring onion, tomato, and lots of lemon juice. Enjoy!
