Broccoli sauce (broccoli, whole head of garlic, nutritional yeast, plant cream and veg chicken stock) + soy mince (flavoured and toasted to chewy crumbs) + chili flakes
This is inspired by the most delicious incredibly garlicky spaghetti from the vegan restaurant in Busan. Honestly the best pasta I’ve tried. Have been thinking about this pasta for weeks!
