I just moved to Oregon and had the opportunity to try Umpqua for the first time. 9/10, fantastic especially for the price and size. The chocolate has so much rich flavor and the texture is pleasantly creamy. Only reason it gets 9 and not 10 is that there seemed to be way more roasted almond than marshmallow in the scoop I had. Overall it's lighter on the mix-ins, but personally I prefer my ice creams mostly ice cream so I don't mind that.
