  1. Great recipe. I started my Kimchi journey using that recipe. I’ve changed a few things for my taste, but still the base recipe.

    You doing 2 or 3 days ferment? I like mine at w days, just the right amount of fuck.

    This is an excellent recipe!

    I’ve made it many times for like… 15 years or more maybe? And it has come out awesome every time. Usually I use more garlic because… I want to… but it’s a great base recipe to work from and produces excellent kimchi. Also, in handy bite-sized pieces!
