– 3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella (2 Cups For Filling) (1 Cup For Topping)
– 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
– 1 (16 oz) Container Of Ricotta Cheese
– 1 Egg
– 1/2 Cup Frozen Or Fresh Chopped Spinach
– 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
– 1 tsp Garlic Salt
– Piping Bag Or Zip Lock Bag For Filling The Manicotti

– 14 Shells Manicotti (Some Will Break So I Make Extra)
– 1 Jar Or 4 Cups Of Your Favorite Tomato Sauce
– Extra Parmesan Cheese For Topping
– The Extra (1 Cup) Of Mozzarella For Topping
