It’s Father’s Day this week, so what better way to treat dad than making him his favorite hickory pork ribs. So, I picked up these lovely pork ribs from our local butcher. All I’m going to do is cut them in half because they’re quite large to fit in the slow cooker. And using the Sweet Baby Rays hickory barbecue sauce, all we have to do is squeeze the sauce over the top and the base. Rub it in and pop them into the slow cooker. And all we do is we just lay them into the slow cooker just like this. Pop the lid on and cook them on 8 hours on low heat or 4 hours on high. And then we’ll check them at the end. [Music]
