In my late adolescence, I had a job at a crepe restaurant (which is now permanently closed, RIP) and we had this as a menu item. I’m always so happy to have saved this recipe and have made some modifications to it to make it MD compliant or at least close enough since I did use white flour.
The actual crepe batter I made is from this website: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/16383/basic-crepes/
I didn’t use butter as the original recipe calls for and cooked it in a small amount of olive oil.
For savory cooking, I don’t measure much of anything and operate on vibes and what I like, so these are rough measurements for the filling (which yields numerous servings). I used:
2 cans of chickpeas (15.5 oz/each)
One bunch of cilantro, finely chopped
One bunch of green onion, also finely chopped
~1/2 cup Greek yogurt (I eyeballed this to my own personal preference)
~3 tbsp Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce
~3 tbsp Hot sauce
Minced garlic
Salt
Combine it all together, add it to the crepe, and enjoy.
I changed the recipe a bit from the original and even with the substitutions, it tastes very close if not exactly like the original recipe. 🙂 a super yummy favorite.

Sorry everyone, I’m on mobile and it looks like the formatting of the ingredients got messed up. Here it is, easier to read. 🙂

Oh, I couldn’t tell what the big round things were! Are those enormous chick peas or is it a very small crepe?
That crepe is beautiful
This is the second sweet crepe I see on this sub today with a super dense, somewhat starchy savoury filling. It hurts my French heart so much. I’m sorry but these are meant to have like, lemon and sugar to compliment their slightly sweet, delicate fabric. Buckwheat galettes are the savoury alternative. The person who posted earlier said theirs had brussels sprouts, butternut and quinoa, which sounds like a nice dinner but as a crepe filling? Absolutely never.
Sorry OP, I’m glad you liked it, but this is a crazy combination to me. I don’t stand for a lot of stuff but this is a hill on which I plan to die. I expect to be downvoted for this honest opinion
