Portable and simple. I have been using this setup for years. It works great for me.

The coffees I make at home are all made with the Stanley camp pour over. My coffee at work is made with the Stanley traveling french press. Both use stainless filters. Yes I get some fines in the bottom of my cups but I use a sieve to remove most of the fines when I grind the beans. It also allows most of the oils into he brew. I enjoy the added flavor.

I usually grind enough for 3 or 4 days and keep the ground coffee in a glass airtight container. I portion out my morning and work coffee into the little silver containers the night before. I measure my grounds and water by weight (grams) and both methods I use the same amount of ground coffee. If I know there won't be any hot water I will fill a thermos with boiling water and take the French Press and be on my way.

It's a simple, inexpensive setup that allows me to enjoy a hot coffee anywhere.
