If you add paneer pieces to a blender along with fresh coriander and mint, then add green chilies, roasted garlic, lime juice and salt. Add some water if needed and blend this all together. Then add this mixture to any container and refrigerate it to set for an hour. You would have made yourself a creamy and thick high protein minced spread that’s made using no oil and no preservatives. And it tastes so good. Use it in your sandwiches, wraps, or you can have it as a dip as well.

    -Paneer – 200 gms
