[Music] the perfect tuna salad for your next beach day. All right, you guys. Let’s make a haresa tuna salad. So, we’re going to start off by grabbing bucket of tahini and ladelling about a cup of tahini into a bowl. Then adding our lemon juice, olive oil, water, salt, and haresa and mixing that all together. And then we’re going to grab my favorite Lebanese pickles and chop four of them up and one for snacking. Then we’re going to add those right into the bowl. And then we’re going to grab our tuna, drain it, and then crumble it up into the bowl and mix everything together with a little bit of black pepper and of course some sesame seeds. Mix, mix, mix. Taste, taste, taste. And now it’s ready to go. You can put it in a bowl and serve it with some crackers or put in a container and grab your favorite bag of chips and head to the beach. I love a pickle in my tuna salad. It adds that perfect brine. Is it tuna salad or is it a pickle salad? Who knows?
