I gave up 2 years ago. Although it felt like I was doing all the right things, I always got flatbread at the end of the day.
I followed recipes before, but I asked for advice and learnt that overproofing was my biggest enemy. Now, these are my third and fourth full-bodied, thicc loaves!
Never back down, never what? Never give up!
(Shout out to Culinary Exploration for the recipe here )
