
I forgot to get any pictures of the tortellini before cooking.
Filling was equal weight in spinach and ricotta in a blender with salt and pepper to taste
Pasta dough was 50% hydration fine semolina flour and water
Pesto was basil, pine nuts, Parmesan and olive oil in a blender
