Bella Italia is serving up something truly unique this autumn with the launch of its Katsu Carbonara – the first in a brand-new range of Pasta Fusion dishes.
Available now until to 12th October, the Katsu Carbonara takes Bella’s much-loved, creamy Italian Carbonara and gives it a daring twist.
Perfectly cooked spaghetti is tossed in a rich Carbonara sauce infused with bold katsu curry flavours, then finished with crispy slices of golden breaded chicken.
And as a nod to National Katsu Day, guests can try this limited-edition dish for just £1 on Wednesday 24th September – all day, at participating restaurants. Usually priced at £17.49, this one-day-only offer gives everyone the chance to experience Bella Italia’s most adventurous pasta yet.
