Wagyu beef ribs with different spices

hey what’s going on guy again welcome back with the Pit Master today we’ll be making a short ribs which is the center cut ribs uh so I got this at HV they are really uh I can tell they are going to be tender uh and also guess what I got some wo uh let me tell yall something so I was making the waves with pepper and salt 50/50 culture salt and black pepper right but today we’re going to twick it a little bit and we’re going to make something totally different um we will travel all the way to Middle East and we’re going to try use their own spices I’m going to try them again for uh the first time uh stuff is going to be having like normal spices they use uh it’s going to be soach uh it’s going to be some cloves and it going to be some little bit um you know cumin uh garlic and onion and culta salt and black and black pepper and also so smoke papro why why we decide make the ribs that way um I just want to try something different um because I went out I believe last week and I tried some some Middle Eastern you know ribs they were awesome uh as I was eating I was tasting all these flavors in the background and all that did got my attention and said wow why would you just get out the Comfort Zone from pepper and salt try something different so today I’m going to show you something totally different I’m going to make those ribs and I’m going to literally tell youall how that’s going to turn and stay tuned and let’s get to it [Music] all right guys we’re heading out to HB to get our ribs and the dino ribs that’s what I like about Texas you get custom cut meat always any grocery store by HB they got good quality meat all right so we got all our spices already in the blender so we got about two tablespoon of culture of course and we got uh pepper corn and we got smoked paprika suok we got some onion powder also we got cumin cloes and we got garlic powder go ahead uh mix all these spices together it’s going to be a little bit loud then time we going start the video and we’re going to make sure show you all the final results of the spices it’s definitely smelling so good like I said we will try this and see how this going to turn is our final results right here if you notice this is looking so good uh now this is a dry rub uh we’re going to get our beef together we’re going to season our beef we’re going to let it sit for a couple hours we’re going to throw in the smoker so what we’re going to do right now guys we’re going to apply other B which is we’re going to always mustard you know it helps to uh seasoning it you know stti together there you go right here just like light coat have seasoning it’s penetrating the meat since this is have this is Central cut guys so here we are the important part is we’re going to seasoning pretty good that’s what we’re going to do so we’re going to go heavy seasoning oh my this already smelling good I’m going toly some good coat seasoning right here we going to let them marinate for at least minimum 2 hours before we place them our smoker which is we going uh smoke them on 250 Max and uh I’m going to wrap them once you know they’re smoke so we’re going to turn them on the outside we do same thing this side too going the SE seasoning penetrate all your ribs we going to pack him we’re going to pack him very well you see here bear with me guys then I’m going to run another coat on top M this is going good the garlic the smach you [Music] know nice good looking all right place our ribs look with guys be with me so we got our ribs are right there looking nice hey I also want to say something I didn’t take the uh the marble the marbling part liate alone that way you know the rib then fall apart so we’re going to keep those in and I guess the uh the probe just put the lid and forget about them all right we’re going to go ahead now uh it’s been smoker for over 2 hours check it’s right there you notice this start the bones get separated from the meat and it’s building some bark we’re going to spread it with some apple side of vinegar put the LI back on and let it cook again all right right so we just checked in they reach up about 175 so we’re going to do the double F wrap so I can show youall let me get the cam cures again so what we’re going to do is we’re going to get these ribs if you notice this how we going to do them W this is hot so I can double wrap them and then just use some apple V cu the moisture tra right inside the uh the meat and we cook them into the get tender so by around 205 all right rra them F that all right guys so we’re going to check that one that was another two hours on the smoker so we going to make out of out of beans also oh I can smell it guys so oh my it’s prob tender je guys wow it’s 203 so we’re going to take it out I’m going to let them rest for an hour or or so oh my goodness and then we’re going to share with you all the final product all right guys our rib they ready got some good bar on them so we’re going to start cut them right here [Music] wow so Smoke Ring guys see right there looking good perfect you know this has little this R have a little pull on them but it’s tender smoke Wing looking good guys looking good it’s moisture and juicy I’ll show yall that’s some the wor of [Music] them you got to understand the uh the regular ribs they have a little pull on them it’s not like Dino ribs cuz Dino ribs that rich
