Hey from my first video! It’s been a rough day so i’ll chill a bit as i listen to one of my favorite albums on my record player. Time for the dishes! I need to refill my oil cans before I start making dinner. Today I’m making stuffed peppers and zucchinis. I normally make Aegean version of it which is vegan. But today i’ll add some minced meat since i don’t have dill in my fridge and forgot to stop by the grocery’s. I’m using basmati rice, love the taste and consistency of it. I’m rinsing it thoroughly, And I’m washing the vegetables to be stuffed! I need to get a knife sharpener, they can’t even dice the onions properly… a bit of oil As for spices, I add pepper flakes and black pepper, and some salt. You know, tomato paste gets moldy shortly, so i freeze it into cubes and defrost the cubes whenever I need. After mixing it well, i have the dolma filling. Time for the shells! I’m gonna cut the zucchini in half. And I’m gonna cut the heads of the peppers. The insides of the zucchinis should be carved for rice filling. done! I’ll store the leftovers from zucchini to make mücver(hash brows) later. I’ll fill the zucchinis first. Saved the tops of peppers to recover them! I’ll add boiled water until it covers them entirely. It’ll be better to add a mixture of water and a bit of tomato paste tho And drizzle of oil on top But i added too much both in the filling, so i needed to balance i set the stove on middle to low heat. Meanwhile, i need to empty the dishwasher. There were some rice filling left. I’ll store it for the next time in the freezer. I couldn’t resist and added some tomato paste in the cooking water. Looks like it’s well-cooked. Yumm There’s no good dolma without lemon slices on top of it. I’m slicing a lemon thinly. Let’s take these beauties on the plate. Don’t forget to pour some tasty cooking water over it. Yoghurt on the side for sure. I prefer my yoghurt strained. There it is, my dinner, ready to get in my tummy! 😛 I threw myself on the couch after the tasty dinner. Need to do a quick work check-up. I wasn’t planning to eat more today. But I ended up ordering a waffle. I love it with Belgian chocolate, strawberries, bananas, and nuts on top of it! That was all for this video, thank you for watching! <3 See you at the next one!
