I ducked into my local supermarket today and walked out with this. It’s 6.35 kg. I freeze a lot of what I cook since it’s just me and the mrs. That works well for whole raw loins or pulled cooked meat. Do I cook the whole thing and freeze the bulk after? Cut a section off first and freeze it, then thaw and maybe cut up for chops? Cut most of the meat off the bones and smoke them like ribs?

I’d like to cook do something with it or part of it tomorrow.
