Ordered it with cow hoof on the side. Place looked very “authentic”, waiter inside is very sweet. I think I had menudo before but I wanted to try again since its been a while…
Still isn’t for me… The hoof was surprisingly good though. I liked the chew of the cartilage but I think it also had fat, and eating just pure fat is fatiguing.
Broth is nice, a blood soup. Lots of tripe. I think this place is worth a second, I’d love to try their birria next time
