this stuffed pepper soup is so hearty so filling and so delicious that you’ll have a hard time believing that it’s good for you to make it brown a pound of Italian sausage and a pound of ground beef add a diced onion 5 to six chopped green bell peppers six to seven minced garlic cloves and these seasonings that I’ll have listed in the recipe at the end of the video give that a quick mix then add a teaspoon of beef bullion and a cup of water add a 28 Oz can of crushed tomatoes and two cans of fire roasted diced tomatoes give that a quick stir then add in 2 12 oz packages of Frozen rice cauliflower that’s been cooked and drained the directions for using regular rice can be found on my website but I highly recommend the cauliflower rice once you have that mixed together you’re going to let it simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour when it’s finished season to taste if needed and that is all there is to it a healthy decadent soup that you can enjoy again and again now pause the video to screenshot the recipe enjoy
