Okay, maybe I just live under a rock. But, I've never seen Hershey brand Ice cream! At Hershey park I know they have their own various milkshakes and ice cream concoctions, but I've never seen anything like this.

Sadly we didn't buy any, as this was found in a small bakery out in the countryside in Maryland and the drive home would've melted it – but it looked awesome nonetheless.

Has anyone here tried this stuff, if so, which one, and how did you like it? ☺️

Oh. Don’t even get me started. Strawberry cheesecake is hands down a favorite and game changer! I picked this up at an Ameristop for birthday party. Boy, we were happy with this brand!!

I haven’t had a large variety of Hershey’s ice cream, it I’ve always loved it when I’ve had it from shop that sell it

They are just meh. A lot of cheap ice cream shops/stands use Hershey’s

I’m pretty sure they’re actually not affiliated with the chocolate and that it’s a different Hershey brand

This was my favorite ice cream ever. I would get it at A&W, then they closed. I’ve been looking for it (specifically Cotton Candy) for twenty years.

The pizza place in the mall that I worked for was owned by the ice cream shop people right next door and they sold Hershey’s ice cream. I could take one free scoop home every night I worked and I looooved their red velvet!!

Oh my gosh their mint chocolate chip is my absolute favorite! I love the slightly grainy texture of their ice cream.

This is what ice cream shops in New England sell when they’re too lazy to make their own

It’s not bad, we call it a step up from Edys/Dreyers/Breyers but definitely not super-premium quality.

It says right on the label that it’s not affiliated with Hershey’s the chocolate company.

Where’s the cotton candy though? That’s my favorite from them

Their chocolate peanut butter ice cream is basically 50% ice cream 50% pure peanut butter. Sooo good

There’s an ice cream truck that comes to food truck night in our neighborhood park sometimes that serves Hershey’s. In general, it’s OK. I’d liken it to a decent grocery store brand. However, word of warning: don’t get their banana pudding flavor. I got it once because I love banana pudding but couldn’t figure out why the ice cream version tasted so weird. Turns out it has a marshmallow swirl, which I don’t like marshmallow anyway, but it wasn’t really the problem. The real problem was that marshmallow + fake banana flavor made the ice cream taste exactly like those weird old-fashioned orange circus peanuts. Which if you love those, great, you’d love the ice cream, but if you were expected to taste something that resembled actual banana pudding, you’d be sorely disappointed.
