What’s the process to enjoy these? Easy to prep?

Looks delicious. But, will the Old Bay high elders say it needs more! In my defense, Lobsters clams, red potatoes and sweet corn steamed/boiled w kelp would be a Seafood or Lobster Bake up here in the north.

Wish we had rain…..and bowl of this stunning boil.

This looks amazing, especially on a rainy day! Hows the recipe? any special spices you used?

That corn does not look nearly buttered enough!
Good job otherwise.

My ultimate comfort food!
What kind of sausage do you use? I grew up using Portuguese chouriço and smoked paprika.
Old Bay with smoked sausage was a new one the first time I had low country boil.

It’s just a Kielbasa Polish sausage. Portuguese chorizo is hard to find. I’ve had it often when I traveled to Portugal. It’s definitely one of my favorites.
