how to make bell peppers pasta sauce, sauce, or even soup!

only 5 ingredients!

6 bell peppers of your choice
2 bulk garlic
2 medium onions
8 oz sweet tomatoes
extra olive oil

+season your taste buds (salt and black pepper) if you like. mine was unsalted!

roast all the vegetables as shown on the video. add it in a big bowl and blend it.

for pasta sauce, just add olive oil. I used red lentil pasta. 😊

for sauce, add olive oil black pepper, dried oregano, basil and thyme or Italian seasonings. serve with artisan bread of your choice.

2 -3 serving for soup, add flavor or your choice, 1/2 cup coconut cream for creamy taste add 1 cup of unsalted or low sodium vegetable stock and 1 cup of bell pepper puree and serve with artisan bread to dip!
