Homemade blueberry jam in just 3 ingredients!

3-Ingredient Blueberry Jam
Ingredients:
– 4 cups firm blueberries, stems and soft/mushy berries removed
– 1-2 cups sugar (adjust to your taste, start with 1 cup and add more if needed)
– 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Rinse and remove any stems or soft/mushy berries.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice.
3. Place the pan over gentle heat. Stir occasionally with a spatula as the blueberries release their juices.
4. Once the sugar is completely dissolved, mash berries gently with a spoon or potato masher for a slightly chunky texture.
5. Turn up the heat, bring the mixture to a rolling boil and boil for 15–20 minutes.
6. Stir frequently until the jam thickens.
7. Test by placing a small spoonful on a chilled plate—if it wrinkles when pushed, it’s ready.
8. Let the jam cool to room temperature and transfer the cooled jam to a clean jar. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
