Let’s make dinner for my family is starting with cooking 16 oz of ziti, draining it, and then setting it aside. Cook and crumble one pound of Italian sausage, adding crushed tomatoes, petite diced tomatoes, and then we’re season it with basil, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper. Now, in a separate bowl, we’re going to mix 15 oz of ricotta cheese with a large egg, and season it with a half a teaspoon of dried oregano. And now all we need to do is assemble this into our casserole dish. We’re going to add half of our tomato sauce to the bottom and then half of our ziti. Top it all with our ricotta cheese and then add the remaining ziti and then the rest of your tomato sauce. Last, I’m topping this with 3 and 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese. Baking this at 350° just for about 20 to 25
