    **Marinade I used for about 1.5 lbs of salmon:**

    * 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
    * 1 tbsp oyster sauce
    * 2 tsp soy sauce (I used La Choy)
    * 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    * 6 cloves garlic (minced)
    * 1 tbsp fish sauce
