Didn't do a lot today and ate some chicken, cucumber salad, protein latte, and a small bowl of diced raw onion. Realized I went 500 under my goal and I wasn't too hungry so gave myself one of my fav high cal snacks.
Don't like going too far under or over my goal, give myself a margin of error for about +/- ~100 and this really hit the spot. Planned on putting it in yogurt too, but the whole box is like ~440 which shouldn't surprise me but it did, so I skipped the yogurt.
