I vote this was a crime, the subtle downsizing was already immoral but we have reached new levels I feel we are now over the limit for actual crime against pizza.
Even If, and that is a big if, the taste was perfection, this is still unacceptable unless it was branded a kids portion or some such and/or at a bargain price.
OP we need taste review and price of purchase to decide, this is likely but not surely a crime against pizza.
