I just love how versatile this thing is. After smoking them for a bit (though the bacon still got some char) they went back in with half the divide and conquer taken out to get that final char.
I took some metal skewers and bent them to sit nicely on the lip after getting a heads up from a friend with a Jnr that had done chicken skewers this way.
What other odd ways can we use this thing?
