Learn to cook delicious lobster pasta. Have one fresh 8 oz lobster per person for this recipe. Cut the lobsters lengthwise in half. Have a pot of water on the side. This is to steam the lobsters, but only for 1 to 2 minutes so you can easily remove the meat. Remove the lobsters, but keep the water. The meat should be easy to remove. It’s important not to overcook the tails. The meat should be translucent inside. Chop into bite-sized pieces. Place the shells back into the water. Continue to cook. This will make a nice flavorful broth. Chop one whole onion. Add oil to a pot and add your onion. Also add a tablespoon of garlic. [Music] Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of tomato paste. Mix to incorporate with the onions. Cook so the tomato paste has darkened slightly. Now add 1/4 cup of vermouth to deglaze the pan. Now add your lobster stock. Add one can of tomato sauce. Add your pasta and cook until it’s al dente, about 8 minutes. Strain when it’s ready. Add your lobster meat to the sauce. Mix well. Only cook for a minute because you don’t want to overcook the meat. Then add your pasta and mix well again. When everything is incorporated, add fresh teragon. This dish is super flavorful and easy to make. You can also add other seafood to this dish.
