Hello everybody and welcome back. Today let’s make a very famous recipe. In Sicily we call it poloa but in all the world is known as chicken parmyano. We need chicken breast, one egg, mozzarella, tomato puree, breadcrumbs and dry oregano. Let’s cut our chicken. [Music] [Music] oven paper on top. Let’s make it a bit thinner. Now we can season our chicken with black pepper, salt, and dried oregano. [Music] Both side. Now breadcrumbs. Crack our egg. [Music] Chicken [Music] in the egg. [Music] And then in the breadcrumbs. [Music] In a pan, olive oil is in the right temperature. Please, nice and gold from both sides. Let’s make it rest for 2 minutes. While the chicken rest, let’s cut the mozzarella. Oh, [Music] [Music] sugar. Let’s take an oven pan. Our chicken in the center. Tomato sauce on top. [Music] Mozzarella slice. [Music] A bit more of dry oregano. Now it goes into the oven. Maximum power grill just for make melt the mozzarella and give it a nice gold color. And voila, chicken parmesan ready. Well guys, this is my recipe for today. You know, at the end, it doesn’t matter how you call it chicken marijana or pora pitola. If you make it with love and you like it, it’s worth it to make it. One potato. [Music] I eat another one.
