The fluffiest pancakes you’ll ever make 🥞
Recipe (makes 6 pancakes, 5.5” / 14cm)

🥚 4 eggs
🍧 160g sugar
🫧 20g baking powder
🥑 20g avocado oil
🧂 8g salt
🌾400g cake flour
🥛 400g milk

*Mix everything into a smooth batter.
*Spray your pan with the new Avocado Oil Baking Spray from @Chosen-foods
*Pour the batter.
*Cook on low heat until bubbles cover the surface.
*Flip and cook until golden brown.

Serve warm or store in a ziplock bag in the fridge for later.
