Since I have this cooking page, I get asked a lot, “What is your absolute best recipe?” This one is in the top five. It’s got more personality than the chicken from Twilight. Starting out with one pound of ground beef. Now that we got a good crust on both sides, let’s go ahead and bring it up to the smallest meat possible. We’re just going to remove all the ground beef and set it off to the side. We’re going to come in with just a doll of a big enough at the bottom. Going to add one whole chopped onion onion. Y just a bit along with equal parts of carrots and celery. Wholes of peanut butter. This whole recipe calls for four tablespoons of butter in which we’re going to use one right now. Rather than cut it and dirty an extra knife, I’ll just break it off and throw it in along with about a tablespoon of basil. Little darling, stir it up. Hey, rock your bowl. Was your room clean? You want me to go check? Are you sure? All right, let’s go check. You’re really just waiting for that celery and carrots to get soft, but up until then, you can go ahead and start seasoning with a little bit of that UFO salt, extra terrestrial pepper, carrot salt, 3 tablesp of butter down to the bottom of the pan along with 14 cup of flour. Give everything good mix. Make sure all that flour is coated. That cook for just a couple minutes without doing anything else. That way, it takes off some of that flour taste. Four cups of chopped and diced potatoes. Add back in your ground beef. Four cups of chicken stock. If you choose to use beef, don’t come at me if you think it tastes funny. And while you’re waiting for this to come to a boil, go ahead and do a little bit of your clean up. And would you look at that? It’s time to take the trash out yet again. See, we’re in here cooking, but me, I’m in the zone. Before you go to your next step, you want to make sure your potatoes are fork tender. That’s the sign that they’re done. So, you see how mine have some crisp to them and they’re fighting back. Just hold it out. While you’re waiting, it’s a good time to prep the rest of your ingredients. Go ahead and cut up 16 oz of Velvita cheese. Well, as measure out 1 and 1/2 cups of milk. You see that right there? That’s fork tender. Cut the heat down a little bit. milk and disperse it out a little bit so that way it melts evenly rather than all in one big chunk. Either half block cream cheese or 14 cup of sour cream between 1 and 1/2 pound of cooked and crumbled up crispy bacon. Whatever fell out of the pan, that’s dad tax. Just keep stirring this until all the velvet is melted. Turn the heat off and let it cool down just a little bit before you serve it cuz it is all dry. How come you guys play with the Amazon boxes more than you play with your own toys? But that’ll make you contemplate life a little bit. As I said, this is one of my top five recipes. And if you make it at home, it’s going to be dangerous because it’s going to go in your rotation almost immediately. Made it this far in the video and you haven’t hit follow yet? That’s on you, man. Tip: I used to use Velveeta in soups like this. Now I use cream cheese and then stir in 2 or 3 handfuls of shredded sharp cheddar. Tastes better and is less processed. I haven't done an actual price comparison on this, but Velveeta is honestly pretty expensive, so I'm guessing the cost is comparable.

update OMFG! This is so good! Thank you for sharing this recipe! The best way to describe it is cheesy potato soup with bacon and hamburger added! Its an absolute delicious meal!
