  1. I just compared it to Vegan Richas option and this would save a lot of calories. I would sub in soy sauce for the salt and apple cider vinegar for the lemon juice as they both give more of an umami hit to the end result and I would probably up the nutritional yeast a bit too but this is definitely a goer. Thank you! 🙂
